The original Bukhara, situated in Cape Town’s CBD, plays host to us as we get to go behind the scene’s of this very popular Indian restaurant.

The glass walled kitchen allows you to watch the chefs in action. The decor is simple but stunning with the use of Indian furniture accentuating its menu. The menu is mostly North Indian, however regional cuisine is available at the different branches. Bukhara favourites like the butter chicken and tandoori lamb chops feature on our menu for the day. And ofcourse I get to sample it all. Yum.
