Blonde is the latest restaurant offering from the Caviar Group. The opening night was an absolute treat with guests enjoying a seven course meal. And how they come up with the name, I hear you ask?  According to capetownmagazine.com, Oscar Kotze of the Caviar group was quoted as saying…

“One morning we were sitting in a brain storming session, and we went through about two hundred different names, and then two very attractive blonde girls walked into Beluga – and that was that. Blonde refers to blondes and a blonde sauce, a very thin veloute.”

Sevruga and Beluga belong to the Caviar Group of restaurants.
